Been here for around 5 months & felt from the 1st that W-Fitness Madipakkam is a comfortable gym for ladies to workout. It is an amazing facility with great, safe & clean environment. All the trainers are super nice, very friendly and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at.
Very much satisfied, it is a best place for women, all trainers are very professional and very friendly, they given customize work out for each person, work out places very clean and machines are safe conditons. Weightloss challenges workout was amazing, they are maintenance diet record and monitoring daily basis. Zumba class also so good. I recommended whoever plan for healthy life this place is very useful to everyone.
I recently joined this gym and have registered under 30 days weightloss challenge.. the trainers here are very friendly, approachable and are actively helping us correct our posture while doing workouts.. training by GAYATRI ma'am during weightloss challenge is worth every penny. I can visibly see results within 20 days of joining.. overall the atmosphere is friendly and motivating us to workout and maintain proper diet.

It's been a single month only, but I have seen the drastic change in my fitness and especially I enjoyed alot in Zumba classes. I lost 3.4 kgs weight and 9 inches. As a working mom, I was under stress but after joining this gym, I had some mental peace and noticed hike in confidence level. So, I would thank my trainers Bhuvana, Yuvashree and Gayathri. Dietician Surya gives good monitoration on healthy and balanced diet. And providing healthy refreshments on every Friday and all good. Overall completely satisfied with this gym.)
I always have good feel when ever I enter to W fitness gym. They keep up the positive vibe each and every day. Even a day I missed there will be a message or call so keep up the spirit high. More or less it's like family, trainers are just awesome keeping the smile always on their face. Hope I continue to be here even in my 60+. Thank you guys for starting my day with so much of energy.. I joined the gym in October 2023month my weight was 98 kg and 172cm hight.Now I lost around 13 kg in 7 months now my height is 172.5cm and 85kg age - 22 I am very happy and thankful for trainers who help me to reduce weight. My trainer is sumithra she is very soft and calm Even though I forgot the exercise she will teach me again and again without any rudeness And i really thank sumithra trainer surya dietician for my weight loss they helped me in the maximum way they are very supportive)
